Our Impact
Extensive research shows that immersion in nature improves physical health, reduces stress hormones, boosts mood, and supports emotional regulation.

Our groups integrate these benefits with therapeutically trained practitioners who provide skilled, low-demand facilitation, ensuring activities remain accessible and supportive for participants with high anxiety and sensory sensitivities.

This allows participants to feel calmer, safer, and more able to connect with others.
"The craft activities really help her focus and forget her anxiety for a while."

a Sisterwood participant
In 2025, 100% of families reported that Sisterwood sessions were positive or worthwhile for their young person, with no negative feedback.
Families noted calmer moods, increased willingness to attend, and moments of meaningful engagement.
Progression: 80% of participants went on to engage in our Teen Hub & allotment, a significant step towards broader social participation.
